Ask about the instructor's refund policy in the event that you're unable to attend on the scheduled class date before you pay.

Arrive at your scheduled class ahead of time so that you don't miss valuable information. Be sure you have the name of your locking pattern with you so that your instructor can teach you the technique you need to tighten your own locks. If possible, get your instructor's contact information in case you need to ask follow-up questions after the course.
