  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • Salad bowl
  • Large wooden spoon
  • 2 cups canned salmon, drained
  • Plastic wrap
  • 4 lettuce leaves

      Combine mayonnaise, plain yogurt, celery and ground black pepper in a salad bowl.

      Stir the ingredients with a large wooden spoon until thoroughly combined.

      Crumble the drained, canned salmon into small, bite-sized pieces, and discard any skin or bones.
