Many representatives also have links from their official websites that you can fill out to make the request for a Presidential Greeting. They may request that you send an original birth announcement, or a photocopy, to the to your Congressional representative if you have one. If you do not have a birth announcement, type the baby's name, address, and birthdate on plain white paper.
