HughesNet Troubleshooting

HughesNet provides high-speed Internet service in remote locations.

HughesNet provides high-speed Internet connections by satellite dish to users in remote locations in North America, Europe, India and Brazil. The service was established by Direct TV, which no longer has any stake in the company. HughesNet provides download speeds of up to 5 megabits per second. Repairmen are usually far away when something physically goes wrong with HughesNet satellite dishes, cable connections or modems. But the company does provide users with diagnostic software so they can tell what has happened when something goes wrong.
