How to Set Up Speed Dialing on an LG Envy 3

The LG Envy 3, or EnV3, is available to Verizon Wireless customers who want a fully-loaded phone that is good for messaging. The phone's address book allows users to store contact information including phone numbers and email addresses for up to 1,000 people. You can set up speed dial to help you quickly dial your most frequently dialed contacts, allowing you to call by pressing just one or two digits on your LG Envy 3's handset.

Instructions

1. Press the "Contacts" soft key on the LG Envy 3's home screen.

2. Scroll down and highlight a contact to assign to a speed dial location. Press the "Edit" soft key.

3. Scroll down to the contact's phone number and press the "Options" soft key.

4. Scroll down and click "Set Speed Dial." Press the "OK" key.

5. Press the key that corresponds with the speed dial location you want to assign for the contact.

6. Press the "OK" key to confirm your selection. Press "OK" to save the contact to the location.

Tips & Warnings

• Dial a speed dial contact by pressing and holding down the digit assigned to the contact.

• Dial a contact assigned to a double-digit location by entering the first digit and holding down the second digit until the phone dials.
