How to Reinstall NetZero High-Speed Internet
NetZero is a popular Internet service provider because of its low cost. If you've decided to come back to NetZero, you can reinstall the software on your computer. You will need to select an Internet package. The company offers free dial-up service, as well as other dial-up and accelerated or high-speed dial-up service that costs a monthly fee. The free service will only allow you to access the Internet up to 10 hours per month.

Connect your computer to the telephone jack using a standard phone cord, if your computer is not connected to the Internet.

Go to NetZero's home page. Enter your 10-digit phone number into the "Check for Availability" fields on the home page to ensure the service is available in your area. Click "Go."

Create or enter your member ID and password. You will also need to enter in your email address and accept NetZero's terms and conditions.

Select the NetZero Internet package that you want, like accelerated dial-up service. Click "Next."

Enter your full name, address, phone number and credit or debit card number into the payment fields. Click "Submit." The "Download Now" screen will appear.

Click the "Download Now" button and click to "Run this program from its current location." Click "OK." Alternatively, you can select the option to order a disc. When the disc arrives, insert the disc into your optical drive. The disc will automatically run, and the NetZero Setup screen will open.

Select the "Install" button on the NetZero Setup screen and click "OK." NetZero will begin to install on the computer.

Right-click the NetZero icon in the system tray and select "Exit NetZero" if prompted to exit your current NetZero software. Then click "OK." The software will finish installing.

Enter your member ID information into the corresponding fields in the "Welcome to NetZero" screen and click "Continue." You have now reinstalled NetZero Internet service.
