How Remove Part of an Image and Place it in Another Photo
Combining two or more digital photos into a single picture is as simple as it is useful. Using image-editing software, you can extract portions of an image and insert them into a different picture as many times as you like and without doing damage to the original photographs. You can save the composite image as a new work and use it in print, on the Internet or for your own private use just like any picture.

Click the Windows 7 icon to open the "Start" menu.

Type "paint" in the search box. Select Paint in the program search results.

Click the blue main menu in Paint. Click "Open." Locate a picture, select it and open it. You can also click the file from the "Recent pictures" list if it is there. Paint will now display the selected image.

Click the "Select" button arrow. Select "Rectangular selection" to select a regular rectangle-shaped area, or click "Free-form selection" to isolate an irregular part of the image.

Click and drag the selection tool around the area you want to transfer.

Click "Cut" in the "Image" group. The cut command has scissors for an icon. Paint will now cut the selected portion of the image, leaving a blank space from where it is taken.

Go to the main Paint menu again. Click "Open" and select a new photo file to display.

Click "Paste." Drag the object to position it. To resize the object, click one of the tiny handles and drag it.mReposition the object if needed. Once you de-select it, it will merge with the background photo.

Click the blue button. Click "Save As" and save the composite image as a new file.
