How to Print on 4.25 X 5.5 Paper

Save

If you have special-sized photo paper, then you might want to print directly to that, rather than print on large paper and crop your print. With Windows 7, you can easily specify the size of the paper when you print your image or document. This means that you can put the smaller paper in your printer and print to it as normally as if you were printing to standard A4 or letter paper.

  • Click "Start" and "Devices and Printers." Right-click your printer and click "Printing Preferences."

  • Change the "paper size" to "4.25 x 5.5" and click "OK."

  • Locate the file you want to print and click "Print."

  • Click "Start" and "Devices and Printers." Right-click your printer and click "Printing Preferences." Change the paper size back to the default option and click "OK."
