How to Uninstall the Cabos Music Program

Cabos Music Program is a free file-sharing software program. It allows computer users to safely share files, including music files, with friends, families and strangers online. File sharing is a common online activity, but with so many file-sharing programs available, a person may decide that Cabos is not the best fit for him. At that point, it is a good idea to remove Cabos from the computer so as not to interfere with the functionality of another file-sharing program. Removing Cabos also frees up some disk space.

Instructions

1. Click the "Start" menu at bottom left of the desktop.

2. Click the "Control Panel" from the list of tools.

3. Click the "Programs" and the "Uninstall a Program" buttons in Windows 7. Wait for the alphabetical list of installed programs to open.

4. Search through list to find the Cabos program you want to remove. Click the Cabos file.

5. Click the "Uninstall" button. This removes the program from the hard drive. It may take several minutes depending on your computer speed.

6. Confirm removal of the Cabos program by clicking the "OK" button when prompted.

7. Reboot the computer.
