How to Backup Rockchip Firmware
Rockchip is a firmware company based in Japan. It makes firmware for the ZTO N73 Touch Tablet Internet Media Player and other media players. If you have a media player that uses the Rockchip firmware, you will need to back the firmware up in the event of a corrupted device or damaged memory. Once you have backed up the firmware, you can load it onto your device after a repair.

- Rockchip media player
- USB cable
Instructions

Plug your Rockchip media player into your computer. Click the "Start" button, then click on the "Computer" icon.

Click on your Rockchip media player's icon from the menu to open the device's contents.

Right-click on the file that begins with "RK."

Click on the "Copy" icon, then go to your desktop. Right-click on an empty space on the desktop and click the "Paste" icon.

Wait for the firmware to copy onto your desktop.
