How to Add Color Effects Using Corel Paint Shop Pro X2
The Paint Shop Pro X2 is a photo editing software program, developed and marketed by Corel, that has an integrated Express Lab that allows you to fix photographs by removing red-eye, blemishes and overexposure. The Express Lab also allows you to add color effects to your photographs.

Click the Start menu and point to "All Programs." Click to launch "Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2."

Locate the organizer at the bottom of the left pane. The organizer has thumbnail images of your photos arranged in separate folders.

Click the "Express Lab" button located just above the thumbnail images in the organizer.

Single-click to choose a photo that you want to add color effects to.

Click "Suggest Settings" in the "Smart Photo Fix" panel.

Drag the "Color saturation" slider on either side to adjust color effects. You may also use the "Brightness" and "Contrast" slider menus to adjust lighting, which will also add color effects to your photos.
