How to Use a Whirley Pop
A Whirley Pop stove-top popcorn popper is a pan that cooks popcorn using cooking oil. The pan features a snap-on lid that vents steam, keeping the popcorn light, tender and flavorful. Wash and season the Whirley Pop pan by adding 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil onto the pan and tilting it sideways until the oil has coated all of the pan surface. Heat the pan on a stove-top for 20 seconds at high heat. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool. When cool to the touch, wipe the pan clean with a dry napkin.

Add half a cup of popcorn to the pan and 1 to 3 tbsp. of cooking oil before you place the pan onto the stove-top once more. Turn on a stove-top burner to medium heat and place the Whirley Pop pan on the burner.

Turn the handle slowly on the pan in order to stir the popcorn. Continue stirring until there is only an occasional pop or until the handle becomes hard to turn. The cooking process should not take more than three minutes. If the popcorn takes more than three minutes to be completed, use a higher heat setting the next time you use the Whirley Pop.

Remove the pan from the heat immediately after the popcorn stops popping. Take the lid off the pan and pour the popcorn into a serving bowl. Add any butter, salt or seasoning to your popcorn. Your snack is ready to enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
Do not place an empty Whirley Pop pan on a heated stove-top or leave the pan unattended while in use, as this could start a fire.
