1
Wash your hair and leave the hair wet, but not dripping wet.
-
2
Comb a generous amount of gel through the hair using a plastic comb. This will ensure the style holds when it is dry.
-
-
3
Part your hair to one side and place a finger flat across the hair on the part.
-
4
Use the comb to press against the finger and drag the comb sideways along your finger. A ridge of hair should begin to form.
-
5
Place another finger beside the one you are using to hold the ridge of hair.
-
6
Brush the hair with the comb, in the curve of the ridge you just formed. Make sure you brush in the opposite direction of the hair to form a noticeable ridge.
-
7
Move your fingers and make another wave about an inch underneath the one you just made. Continue this process until you have completed your desired hairstyle.
