Brinks Padlock Instructions
Brinks is a top name in home security alarms, safes and strong boxes. Brinks also manufactures strong and durable padlocks. The standard key-lock padlock manufactured by Brinks is opened by a key, but combination locks must be turned in a specific number combination to be opened. Opening your Brinks combination lock takes just a few minutes once you are comfortable with the combination sequence. Does this Spark an idea?

Set your Brinks lock to 0 (zero) to reset it.

Locate your Brinks combination. It will be on a sticker on the back of the lock. Remove the sticker, and place it somewhere safe.

Turn the combination four whole turns past 0 (zero), and then let the combination stop on the first number of the combination.

Turn the combination two times to the left, or counterclockwise, and come to rest on the second number of the combination.

Twist the combination to the right, or clockwise, and then come to rest on the third number of the combination.

Turn the combination to the left, and come directly to a stop on the last number of the combination. Pull on the lock to open it.

To open a Brinks key padlock, slip the key into the keyhole, and twist it clockwise, or to the right, to open it.
