How to Retrieve a Previous BIOS Version
Motherboard manufacturers periodically release updates to their basic input/output systems, which can cause problems if the updates introduce bugs to the system. If you have recently updated your BIOS and are now experiencing problems with the normal operating of your computer, retrieve the previous version of your computer's bios and re-flash it to the chip. Try this method in conjunction with clearing the complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS), which will restore the BIOS settings to the factory defaults.
