How to Refine Weed Killer

If you have weeds that need to be killed but don't want to use a high chemical killer, you can go for a more refined weed killing method by making your own organic but powerful weed killer. Although the weed killer is free of chemicals, it is as strong as any other non-selective weed killer. The refined weed killer will allow you to remove the offending plants without pouring harmful chemicals into the earth.

Things You'll Need

• White vinegar
• Plastic spray bottle
• Dish soap

Instructions

1. Pour white vinegar into a plastic spray bottle until it is full. White vinegar contains a natural acid that kills weeds.

2. Add a few drops of dish soap. The soap will allow the weeds to absorb the acid in the vinegar for a thorough kill.

3. Secure the top of the spray bottle and shake well to mix the ingredients.

4. Spray the weeds that need to be killed, saturating the roots and leaves completely.

5. Remove dead weeds after 24 hours.
