How to Fabricate a Vehicle Tow Bar
You will need to fabricate a tow bar onto your vehicle when you intend on hauling or attaching a trailer to the rear of your vehicle. Installing a tow bar requires a tow bar kit and the removal of a few of your vehicle's components located by the rear bumper. The process varies depending on the make and model of your vehicle. When installing or fabricating a tow bar on most types of vehicles, you will need to work on its rear chassis rail.
