Navigate to the Microsoft Download Center website, type "Windows XP Service Pack 2 Support Tools" in the "Search" field and press "Enter." This free service pack contains a duplicate finder program called "dupfinder.exe."

Confirm the File Name is "WindowsXP-KB838079-SupportTools-ENU.exe" and click the "Continue" button. Allow the Service Pack to download.

Launch the "Dupfinder.exe" program by clicking "Start," "Run," typing "dupfinder" and clicking "OK."
