How to Find Free Bible Study Lessons on Reaping the Harvest
Reaping the harvest was something that happened in ancient Israel every year. Wheat and other grains were harvested using a scythe or sickle tool. Both Old and New Testament prophets and teachers used the image of a worker harvesting grain to symbolize many things: doing God's work, experiencing God's blessings and receiving the just consequences of one's actions, including, in some cases, death. There are many free Bible study resources on this topic available on church and ministry websites.
