Easy Way to Clean a Kitchen Sink

Things You'll Need
- 2 soft rags
- Nonabrasive sponge
- Liquid dish soap
- Non-metallic bristle brush
- Soft, absorbent towel

Saturate a soft rag with warm water. Wipe the rag over the entire sink to detach food grime, loose dirt and mild stains.

Examine the sink for lingering stains and stuck-on gunk. If you detect remaining grime, moisten a nonabrasive sponge with warm water and a dime-size portion of liquid dish soap.

Rub the soapy sponge over the sink until all stains and stuck-on grime are removed. Dislodge extremely tough grime with a non-metallic bristle brush.

Moisten a fresh rag with clear warm water. Wipe the entire sink with the rag to rinse away dislodged grime and lingering soap residue.

Rub a soft, absorbent towel over the entire sink to fully dry the stainless steel.

Wipe the sink with a soft rag dampened with olive oil to remove streaky stains caused by dirty dishes.
Remove hard water stains from the sink using a soft rag dampened with white vinegar.
