Visit the WordPress Plugin Directory and search for "Date Exclusion SEO" in the search bar on the left side of the screen.

Download the plug-in and upload the .php file to your "/wp-content/plugins/" directory.

Log in to your WordPress user panel to activate the plug-in. Select "Plugins" from the "Control Panel."

Locate the Date Exclusion plug-in and select "Activate" beside it to turn on the plug-in.

Navigate to "Plugin Editor" and select the Date Exclusion plug-in to access the options menu. Remove the dates from all posts by selecting "Remove Dates From Posts."
