How to Determine the Internet Explorer Version
In an effort to improve performance and security, Microsoft continues to develop Internet Explorer and release new versions of the program. If you have not upgraded Internet Explorer since you set up your computer, you may be using an old version that is less secure. If you are unsure if your program is out of date, determine its version and compare it with the latest version available on Microsoft's website.
