How to Do a Factory Default Setting on a Viewsat Ultra
The Viewsat Ultra is a receiver used for satellite television. If you have modified the Viewsat Ultra's settings and are not pleased with the changes, you may want to consider restoring the factory default settings. You can do this easily in the Viewsat Ultra's menu. After initializing the factory default reversion, expect the restoration to take up to 10 minutes.

Push the "Menu" button to display the on-screen menu.

Scroll down using the "Down" arrow and select "User Settings." Push "OK."

Input your PIN on the control panel. The default PIN is "0000." Use this if you have not set a custom PIN.

Select "Yes" when asked if you want to restore the factory default settings. Wait for the system to reset itself.
