How to Search for Favorites on IE7
Internet Explorer (IE) 7 is a Web browser developed and distributed by Microsoft. Much like its rivals, IE 7 offers the ability to save your favorite websites for later use. IE 7 possesses a slightly different user interface over previous browser versions. Thankfully, searching your old and current favorite websites is still conveniently accessible.

Launch your Internet Explorer 7 browser. Go to the "Favorites" toolbar menu, located at the top of the browser window, to expose your stored website bookmarks. Alternatively, click the augmented "Plus" sign found at the left side of the browser window.

Click the desired website you wish to visit, marked with a general description. Each favorite or website is stored at the root of the "Favorites" menu, unless you had previously assigned a folder when adding it to the list.

Browse for your favorites from your computer if you wish to find a previously exported website list. By default, your saved favorites are named "Bookmark.html" and are stored within your "Documents" folder on your computer profile. To implement them back into Internet Explorer 7, you must import the file through the browser.

Click the "File" menu and select "Import and Export." Select "Import Favorites" and click "Next" to continue. Browse for the location where the HTML file is stored.

Click "Next," followed by "Finish," to successfully import your websites list. To use them, click the "Favorites" toolbar menu, where all available sites are stored.
