Aerobed Instructions

Aerobed is part of the Coleman company, a manufacturer of inflatable mattresses for both indoor and outdoor use. Aerobed mattresses inflate quickly and are effective for camping, holiday traveling or when you have overnight guests. Getting your Aerobed ready for use is not complicated to do. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

    • 1

Lay the deflated bed out on the floor or ground in an area with no sharp edges nearby. Ensure it is at room temperature before you begin to inflate, and on an even surface to prevent tipping once it is inflated.

    • 2

Press the cover of the Quick Air Release valve down with your thumbs and snap it into the valve if it is open. It is located at the foot of the bed.

    • 3

Plug the power cord into a live wall outlet. Press down the button on the One Touch Comfort Control and hold it for 60 seconds, or until the bed is inflated. It is designed so it won't over-inflate.

    • 4

Slide the One Touch Comfort Control block over the rubber nipple on the inflator. Lie on the bed to gauge your comfort level. Press together the rubber nipple and One Touch Comfort Control block to make the bed softer, or the One Touch Comfort Control button to make it firmer.

    • 5

Unplug the power cord from the wall and open the Quick Air Release valve when you wish to remove the air. Flatten out the bed and fold the sides in toward the center, lengthwise.

    • 6

Roll the bed down around the pump, toward the Quick Air Release valve from the top. Snap the valve shut once all the air is removed and return the bed to its carrying bag.
