How to Reinstall the Wdmaud.Drv
The wdmaud.drv file is a sound driver file used in Windows to interface with your computer speakers. Some viruses or data corruption can create issues with the file for some people when they reinstall Windows. To fix the issue, you must copy the file from the Windows installation CD and make a change to the Windows registry. Without the file, you receive no sound, so you must fix the registry to return your computer back to proper working order.
