The Dansko professional clog is a type of shoe that is popular with many people who are on their feet for most of the day. Teachers, nurses and doctors are often seen wearing Dansko clogs. The word Dansko simply translates from Danish as "Danish clog." Husband and wife, Mandy Cabot and Peter Kjellerup, began selling these shoes in 1990. Since then, Dansko also has developed other shoe styles such as sandals and boots. Although Dansko clogs are designed to eliminate foot stress and pain, you may want additional add inserts to your clogs which can provide additional comfort and support.

Remove any plastic from the underside of the insert that may be covering adhesive strips.

Center the insert in the sole of the Dansko clog. If the insert is designed for the right foot, center it in the right clog. If the insert is for the left foot, center it in the sole of the left clog.

Press the insert down on top of the sole within the clog. Use your knuckle to rub the insert from toe to heel if it has adhesive on the underside. This will help to activate the adhesive.

Repeat the process for the other shoe.
