How to Get Your Recycling Bin Back
By default, the "Recycle Bin" appears on your Windows 7 desktop. This placement allows you to quickly move files, folders and shortcuts to the Recycle Bin when they are no longer needed. If you cannot see the Recycle Bin, the option to see desktop icons could be turned off, or you may have accidentally deleted the Recycle Bin. In either case, you can easily get your Recycle Bin back on the desktop.

Right-click an empty area on your Windows 7 desktop.

Click "View" in the pop-up menu.

Click "Show desktop icons" in the sub-menu, if it is not already checked.
Restoring the Recycle Bin

Type "desktop icons" in the search box.
