Slide a tension bar in the wire weave fence near the end of the pulley chain.

    • 3

Slide the hooks of a spreader bar on the tension bar with the front eye of the bar facing the come-along. Connect the hook -- located at the end of the pulley chain -- to the spreader bar eyelet. Move the come-along direction lever to "Tighten."

Crank the come-along lever until the pulley chain pulls tight. Push on the wire weave fencing with your hands. Continue cranking the come-along until the wire weave fence doesn't move when pushed.

Attach all fence hardware before releasing the come-along from the spreader bar.
