How to Seal Wood Glaze With a Vinyl Sealer
Wood glaze is substance that effortlessly adds color and shine to even the most dull and old types of wood. Such glaze can powerfully transform pieces of furniture and floors. However, as powerful as glaze is, you still need to protect the layer of glaze that you apply with a form of sealer. Things You'll Need
- Wood glaze
- 3-inch nylon brush
- 220-grit sandpaper
- Vacuum cleaner
- Vinyl sealer

Apply your first coat of wood glaze with your 3-inch brush and allow it to dry for at least 24 hours. Sand the object or floor with a piece of 220-grit sandpaper. Vacuum the object with a handheld vacuum cleaner to lightly remove the debris from sanding.

Apply another coat of wood glaze. Allow it a full 24 hours to dry. Rinse off your brush and dip it into the vinyl sealer.

Apply a thin coat of vinyl sealer to the object or hardwood floor. Make even, uniform strokes with your brush until you cover the object well. Allow it to dry for 24 hours. A second coat is optional.
