How to Program ROM 102

ROM 102 is a media card that provides programming for Pansat 3500SD fta (free to air) satellite receiver. You will need to insert the ROM 102 into the receiver for programming purposes. The Pansat receiver provides you channels that do not require any monthly or yearly subscriptions. Note that you will need the Pansat remote to program channels.

Instructions

    • 1

      Insert the ROM 102 card into the open slot on the front panel of the Pansat receiver.

      Use a coaxial cable to connect your cable/satellite out into an open port on the back side of Pansat FTA receiver.

      Use the RCA cables (provided in the receiver packaging) to connect the "Video In" and "Audio In" ports on your television set and the "Video Out" and "Audio Out" ports on the FTA receiver. Follow the color coding.

      Turn on your Pansat receiver. Turn on the television that it is connected to.

      Press the arrow buttons on your Pansat remote to highlight the language for programming. Press "OK" on the remote to make the selection.

      Use the arrow buttons to choose the option that says "Satellite" on the screen.

      Press the "Menu" button on your remote.

      Use the arrow buttons to choose "Parental Control." Enter 0000 when asked for the password. Next, enter a password of your choice. Press "OK" on the remote.

      Use the arrow buttons to choose the order in which the channel options will be display. Press "OK."

      Press "Menu" button on the remote to finish the programming.
