How to Insert Arch Support in a Shoe
If you are on your feet quite a bit, you may have experienced pain in the arch of your foot. People with flat feet are especially prone to experiencing foot pain. Some people have chronic arch pain due to conditions such as Plantar Fascia. One way to ease arch pain is to use arch supports. These supports fit into your shoes and help to give the underside of your foot support. Inserting arch supports into your shoes is a simple process that can provide you with substantial pain relief. Unlace your shoes if your shoe has laces and pull the tongue upward to widen the opening of your shoe.

Remove any adhesive strips on the underside of the arch support, if these types of strips are present.

Grip the sides of the arch support and gently slide it into the shoe. Make sure that you have the right arch support for the right shoe. The left support will be curved to fit the left foot, and the right support will be curved according to the contours of the right foot.

Press the arch support firmly downward once you have positioned it in the shoe. This helps it adhere the bottom of the shoe.

Repeat this process on the other shoe.
