How to Run Programs Off a PCMCIA Card in Cincom Citizen Controls
The Cincom L20E Type IX is a Swiss turning center that has simultaneous Cincom System M7 control. The system features seven cutting axes and one bar loader axis for use in various applications. Programs can be entered into the Cincom L20E directly through the main control panel, through the computer system it is connected to and through the use of a PCMCIA memory card. The process of running programs store on PCMCIA cards is fairly straightforward.

Press the "Power" button on the Cincom L20E to turn it on.

Insert the PCMCIA memory card into the memory card slot on the main dashboard of the Cincom L20E. Place the memory card into the slot with the metal contacts facing inward toward the slot opening.

Use the "Up/Down" arrow buttons on the Cincom L20E dashboard to navigate through the main menu on the display screen to "Memory Card," then press the "Enter" button.
