How to Tell How Long Your Character Has Existed in WoW

To play "World of Warcraft," you must first create a character that you will use to navigate the virtual world and fight monsters. From the moment you create a character and start to play, your total game time is tracked by the program. You can find out exactly how long you've been playing in days, hours and minutes (since your character was created).

Instructions

1. Turn on your computer and start "World of Warcraft."

2. Select your character from the main screen and begin a game. After a few seconds, your character will appear in the virtual world.

3. Type "/played" (without quotes) using your keyboard and press "Enter." This will show you the total amount of time your character has existed in "World of Warcraft."
