      Unplug the microwave oven. Open the microwave oven door. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw holding the top corner hinge on the chassis of the microwave oven. Lift up on the door with one hand underneath the door and the other hand on top of the door and pull the door from the chassis.

      Remove any screws from the top, side and bottom of the edge of the door with a Phillips screwdriver and set them aside. Place the edge of a thin metal ruler in the crevice at the top of the door between the outer door frame and the inner door cover that is positioned between the door frame and the glass on the inside of the door. Run the ruler along the crevice and gently move the ruler up until the inner door cover moves away from the door.

      Continue to move the ruler along the entire crevice and pry all sides of the bezel away from the door frame. Pull the bezel from the door frame.

      Remove the screws that secure the handle to the door using a Phillips screwdriver and set the screws aside. Remove the handle bracket and the handle from the door. Remove the screws from the outer edge of the inside door plate using a Phillips screwdriver and remove the inside door plate. Remove the glass and set aside.
