How to Clean an Oster Model 6212 Toaster
The Oster 6212 toaster is a two-slice toaster with a stainless steel exterior and seven different toast levels. The toaster includes an LED display and several buttons for specific foods, such as a bagel, pastry, waffle, or to lift the toast up and out of the device. The slots are extra wide to accommodate a variety of different items and the toaster has a removable bread crumb tray. Cleaning the Oster toaster is relatively simple. Unplug the Oster toaster from the power supply and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

Wipe the toaster exterior with a clean, damp cloth. Follow with a clean, dry cloth.

Tap both sides of the toaster gently to loosen crumbs inside the unit. Pull out the crumb tray and empty out the crumbs. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry before sliding the crumb tray back into the toaster.

Wipe the top of the toaster with a clean, damp cloth and then dry.

Restore power to the toaster.
