QuadRunner is the name Suzuki has given its four-wheeled all-terrain vehicles. The Suzuki QuadRunner LT-F500F has been designed to be a "heavy duty" four-wheel-drive machine capable of "pulling heavy loads, but agile enough to maneuver through tight terrain," according to the website ATV-Off-Road. The LT-F500F features a 493cc liquid cooled engine that will provide high torque at low RPMs. Trouble shooting the Suzuki Quad-Runner is your first step if it is not running the way you expect it to.

Look under the engine of the QuadRunner for any signs of leaks coming from the engine or transmission. Remove the gas filler cap and inspect to make sure you have enough gas in the tank. Pull the engine oil and transmission dipsticks and observe the dipsticks to see that level is above the "add" line. If the level of these fluids is below the "add" line, top up the oil or transmission fluid before you operate the vehicle again. Monitor how long it is between each time you add these fluids.

Insert the key into the ignition and turn the key to the "On" position. Check the engine "Kill" switch and make sure it is on the "Run" position, press the start button to start your QuadRunner. If it does not start, turn the key back to the off position and remove the key.

Lift the seat of the QuadRunner and locate the battery. Disconnect the battery cables, remove the battery and connect it to a battery meter. Look at the gauge at the battery meter, if the battery is low you may need to recharge the battery before it has enough power to start your QuadRunner.
