Insert a submersible pump into the deepest end of the pool. Take care not to get the end of the pump's electrical cord wet. Attach the pump hose to the fitting on the end of the pump and run the hose to the street. Plug the pump's electrical cord into an electrical outlet. Water from the pump will begin to flow out the pump's hose onto the street. Allow the pump to run until the pool is empty. Once the pool is empty, remove the pump.
