Turn a household lamp into a strobe light.

A strobe light is a light that blinks on and off intermittently. Turn any light in your house into a strobe light by connecting it to a strobe light power converter. A strobe light converter plugs into a wall outlet and has a standard two-pronged input. Some strobe light converters have a dial so that you can change the frequency at which the light blinks on and off.

      Plug the strobe light converter into an available wall outlet.

      Plug the light source into the strobe light converter.

      Turn on the light source.

      Turn the dial to change the frequency with which the light strobes.
