The ION Drum Rocker is a replacement drum kit designed primarily as a replacement for the official "Rock Band" drum set. Players who want to connect the original Xbox 360 drum pedal are initially unable to do so, because the connector size used by the ION Drum Rocker for the drum pedal is a 1/4-inch connector and the original Xbox pedal and drum set use an 1/8-inch connector. Turn off the ION Drum Rocker.

Position the Drum Rocker where you want to use it during gameplay. The drum pedal should not be connected when moving the drum set around. It is the only part of the drum set that is not connected to the base. Dragging the pedal around by the cable when moving the drum set can damage it.
