Turn the twin mattress so that the mattress is lying across the platform of the bed frame or box spring.

Lift the mattress so that it stands on its side. Get another person to help lift the mattress.

Continue to rotate the mattress on its side 180 degrees so that what was the font of the mattress is now at rear of the box spring or bed frame.

Place the top of the mattress on the box spring or bed frame in the new, rotated position.

Rotate the mattress every three months.
