How to Convert PDF to a Web Page
Not every computer has the same capabilities. Not every software system can support the same file readers and formats. Adobe's PDF format provides professional writers, companies and government agencies with a crisp and professional format in which to publish their documents, but not every computer can view those files. Fortunately, if you can get online to find a PDF file you want to view, you can easily convert that PDF file into Web page (html) format that you can view in any browser.

1
Navigate to the Adobe website's "Online Conversion Tools" page (see link in the Resource section below).
-
2
Scroll down the page to the two conversion options listed. The first option, "Adobe PDF conversion by Email Attachment" allows you to attach a PDF to an email and send it to the Adobe team to be converted into a text or an HTML file. To request that the Adobe team convert your PDF to HTML, attach the PDF to an email requesting the conversion and send it to pdf2html@adobe.com

Scroll to the second conversion option to convert online PDF files into HTML files immediately. In the page's "URL:" box, enter the Web address of the PDF file you want to view. Select the Format option "HTML 3.2" and answer the "Why aren't you using the Adobe Reader to read this PDF?" question by selecting one of the three options. Select your computer's operating system from the drop-down menu under "On what platform will you use to view the resulting text or HTML?" Press the "Convert" button at the bottom of the form. You will see a short, moving conversion bar briefly on the next page before your document appears.

Tips & Warnings
If you do not wish to wait for the Adobe team to convert your email attachment PDF file into an HTML file, consider uploading your file to your personal website (if you have one) and using that link to request the instant online conversion.
