The easiest way to remove existing ladybugs without chemicals is to use a vacuum cleaner. Use a wand attachment and remove all visible bugs. Empty the bag in a compost pile or other appropriate place outside.

To prevent new ladybugs from entering your home, check all screened areas, such as windows and doors. If you see any tears in the screen, use your screen repair kit to fix them.

While examining your screen locations, also check for spaces between molding where bugs might be entering. If you see an opening, use caulk to enclose it.

Make sure all openings into your house have a screened opening. This includes chimneys, dog doors and windows. Ladybugs will enter your home any way they can, so ensuring that these areas are closed is important.

Spread diatomaceous earth around your home. It is a natural repellent.
