How to Create a Hair Accessory Storage System
Having a little girl who loves to wear ribbons, bows, barrettes, clips, colored ponytail holders and scrunchies, headbands, knockers, and flowers in her hair means an ever growing collection of hair knickknacks. If you have a daughter who enjoys her hair adornments, you probably already know that keeping up with and finding a place to put everything with their various shapes, sizes and colors can become an organizing challenge. Red hair clip accessories. Take a quick assessment of your current collection of hair accessories. Jot down the different types of barrettes, bows, ponytail holders, hair clips and whatever else you have on hand as well as their sizes. This doesn't have to be exact, but it does help to have a general idea.

Open tackle box with various sized compartment trays for hair accessories. Choose a tackle box that can accommodate your current collection of hair accessories as well as anything that you may add in the future. Choose a box that is easy to handle and store for both you and your daughter and something that comfortably fits your budget.

Transfer all of your accessories into your new "hair box" and sort items according to type of accessory. You may also sort according to color.
