How to Become a Foreclosure Cleaner in Florida
When a homeowner loses his home to foreclosure, there is very little incentive to keep it up. The homeowner knows that he will soon be leaving and realize nothing from the eventual sale of the home. The condition of foreclosed homes ranges from broom-swept to disastrous, depending upon the anger level of the homeowner. This has created a need for a specialized cleaning company that can take the trash out, clean the pool, and do the landscape and interior cleaning. Because these companies work with lenders, they do not generally advertise to the public. Finding the companies may be the most challenging part of securing a position with one of them.
