How to Fix a TVU Player That Is Not Connecting
TVU is an online Internet network that brings you television stations from all over the globe free of charge. You need to watch the programming through the site's media player, so it is extremely important for the player to work. If the player fails to load the videos or crashes, you can troubleshoot the issue and return to watching your content.

1
Close out the Internet browser and restart the software. It is possible the program just didn't boot correctly. Oftentimes, just restarting the browser corrects the issue.
-
2
Download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Flash is required to view the media player and is available for free from the Adobe website. (See Resources.)
-
-
3
Close out other Internet programs. If you are running multiple Web pages at once, you are going to reduce the amount of available bandwidth for the TVU Internet player.
-
4
Download the latest verstion of your Internet browser. If you are running an older version your browser may not be able to handle the TVU website. The download is available for free from your designated browser's main page.
