How to Transfer Money Online With a Credit Card
Sending money with your credit card is easy and cheap with online services such as PayPal. Personal PayPal accounts are funded for free with credit cards or bank accounts. Money is then transferred from one account to another, at no cost for non-commercial use. Unlike with other payment management systems, PayPal funds are available almost instantly after they are sent. These funds may be withdrawn via electronic funds transfer or check. They may also be spent at any online merchant accepting PayPal.

1
Register for a PayPal account. Your account starts off as a personal account by default, which is viable for transferring money with your credit card. The email that you use when you sign up is your PayPal email address that you use to send and receive payments. It is also your account username. Make sure that your recipient creates an account as well.

2
Link your credit card to your PayPal account. Unlike bank accounts, credit cards can be approved by PayPal in minutes. The information in your PayPal account must match your credit card's registration details (you cannot use your family member's card). Once the card is linked, you are "Verified" and can now withdraw money to your PayPal account.

3
Withdraw money from your credit card to your PayPal balance.
-
4
Ask for your recipient's PayPal address (this is the same as the email they signed up with). Use the "Send Money" feature and enter contact and transaction details. Once you press send, your recipient has the funds instantly. They are now able to withdraw to their bank account, request a check, or spend the funds at any PayPal enabled merchant.
