How to Make a Default Web Page for IIS

Internet Information Services (IIS) is a Microsoft Web host server software used to create and manage websites. The Web page that displays when you type in the website's name in the browser is the default Web page set up in IIS Manager. Microsoft IIS automatically sets default page names, but you can edit these web page settings to set up your own default web page for IIS.
