Assess the needs of your business. The primary factors behind this decision involve budget and needs. Think about the size of your company. A base of 10 employees or less represents a small company. If you have around 50 employees, you have a medium-sized company. Also, think about how much bandwidth your office employs. If only a handful of your employees use the Internet, you may only need a small server.

Use the ML 110 if you have a smaller business with remote locations. HP recommends the ML 350 for medium-sized businesses with larger enterprises. This should not end your analysis. Perhaps your smaller business requires a large server. In this instance, you probably should still lean towards the ML 350 server. On the other hand, if your larger business does not need a super powerful server, you will likely utilize the ML 110.
