A Bluetooth is a device that allows you to have conversations on your phone hands-free.

Windows Stack is a native program that comes with Windows version XP SP2 and up. It lets you connect more than one wireless device to your computer, then have these devices communicate with each other. This option is not on by default, so you'll have to activate it within your computer to get it to work. Bluetooth lets you connect your computer directly to your phone.
